Vaccination Policy

Vinings Important Pets (VIP) requires all pet;s vaccination to be current and owner must provide documentation from a

Veterinarian. Titer readings are also accepted. The Bordeatella (Kennel Cough) intranasal vaccination is requires for

dogs. If your pet is not current at time of admission, or we have not been given current records, we can not accept your

animal.

Medical Illness/Medication Policy

One of the advantages of having your pet at a facility that has 24 hour care is that emergency attention is readily available

should the need arise. If your pet becomes ill, we will call the emergency number listed regarding your pet's condition. If no

one can be reached however, we will make an attempt to take your pet to your veterinarian during normal business hours

and Cobb Emergency at night. Payment must be made in full, to the veterinarian, at the owner's expense. In the event you

and your emergency contacts are unreachable, please list the maximum amount of money you authorize for use for

emergency treatment until you are able to be contacted. VIP staff will make attempts to reach you several times

during the day and night.

In addition, VIP will be pleased to administer medications at no additional charge.

External Parasite Policy

To prevent the spread of external parasites such as fleas and ticks, I authorize VIP to apply Frontline Topspot Plus

Advantage if/as needed for my pet at a cost of $20.00 per treatment. One treatment required monthly. This treatment will be

given if any external parasites are visible.

1)VIP reserves the right to change your animal's boarding requirements if we believe it is neccessary to protect the health and well being of all animals and staff.

2)VIP is not responsible for toys or bedding left with your animal. Please mark be sure to mark any belongings with your animal's name and your name.
